HARTING's Push-In quick connection technology is now also available for the Han® 3A and 4A monoblocks
The Push-In connection technology developed by HARTING enables users to reduce the assembly of connectors by up to 30 %. Now HARTING has extended this technology by adding the Han® 3A and Han® 4A monoblocks, which are now also equipped with push-in connections for corresponding housing sizes. When using wires with ferrules, it is no longer necessary to keep the contact chambers of the inserts open with a tool.
The pressure of the strands is sufficient to insert the conductor ends into the chamber, in which a cage tension spring fixes the wire, thus ensuring a stable and high-quality connection. When using stripped wires, the actuator can be pressed with a simple tool, which keeps the cage tension spring open and thus enables the strands to be fixed quickly, securely and reproducibly. Han® Push-In therefore contributes to the prevention of errors and to mating reliability, supported by the coding.
Advantages of Push-In technology:
- Reduction of assembly time by up to 30 % due to direct insertion of the conductor into the contact chamber
- Simple operation due to the absence of tools
- Cost benefits
- Suitable for wire end ferrules, stripped stranded wires and solid wires
