Our new plug & play control devices with connection cable simplify installation and handling in industrial applications. These directly pluggable units come to you as a fully assembled solution with a pre-wired connection cable. On the second side, you have the flexibility to assemble them according to your requirements - alternatively, the control devices can also be fitted directly with an M12 cable. The result? A decentralized unit that is easy to install!

Versatile application options

All RAFI actuating and switching elements from the RAFIX 22FS+ and RAFIX 22FSR series can be used, and individual labeling can be added on request to meet your specific requirements.

Fast assembly, greater safety

The installation process is significantly accelerated by the handy, plug-in components. The emergency stop button only requires a round installation opening of 22.3 mm in diameter and offers a low installation depth of just 54 mm. This allows fitters to simply push the push-buttons through the opening, screw them in and they are ready for immediate use.

Safety is enhanced by a potting cap on the back, which improves contact protection and ensures reliable operation even at indoor temperatures of up to +40 °C. Sources of error during installation are minimized and replacement during maintenance can be carried out easily without the need for specialists. The employee who installs the wiring harness can fit the Plug & Play push-button directly.
